Belt Conveyor Shot Blasting Machines are designed for automatic surface preparation of small to medium-sized castings, forgings, automotive components, fabricated parts, and heat-treated workpieces. Components are placed on a wear-resistant rubber or steel mesh conveyor belt that continuously transports them through the blasting chamber.

As the conveyor moves, the tumbling action continuously exposes every surface of the workpieces to high-velocity steel shots projected by multiple blast wheels. This ensures complete and uniform removal of rust, mill scale, casting sand, burrs, oxidation, and other surface contaminants while creating the required anchor profile for painting, coating, or further processing.

Spent abrasive is automatically collected through screw conveyors, cleaned by an air-wash separator, and recycled back into the blasting system. An integrated pulse-jet dust collector efficiently removes dust and fine particles, ensuring clean operation, improved abrasive life, and a safer working environment.
