Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine

Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine

Working Principle of Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine

Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machines operate on a continuous pass-through principle where steel plates, H-beams, pipes, channels, angles, and fabricated structures are transported through the blasting chamber on a heavy-duty roller conveyor system. This automated process enables uninterrupted surface preparation and high production efficiency.

As the workpieces move through the blast chamber, high-performance centrifugal blast wheels project steel abrasives at high velocity from multiple angles. This ensures uniform removal of rust, mill scale, welding slag, oxidation, and other contaminants while creating the ideal anchor profile for painting, powder coating, galvanizing, and other finishing processes.

The used abrasive is collected beneath the machine, transferred through a screw conveyor and bucket elevator system, cleaned in an air-wash separator, and continuously recycled back to the blast wheels. An advanced dust collection system captures airborne dust and particles, maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant production environment.
